INFOLINK uses the information to create an account that you may access at a later date. You may want to create an account to save a search or plan. You are not required to create an account. You do not need to use your own name or that of another person to register on this site.

You may refuse to enter any personal information and still use INFOLINK.

With whom may we share the information about you?

Your name and other identifying information will not be made public and will remain private, unless the law requires us to disclose it. We will not share private information about you with anyone except The Montgomery County Foundation, Inc. which administers the site and will use the information in connection with that purpose.

Why do I need to be notified of this when I use INFOLINK.org?

We want you to know what we do with the information that we collect from you when you are using this database.

You have rights regarding your information.

  • You may ask if we have any information about you and get copies. You will have to pay for the copies.
  • If you do not understand the information, you may ask us to explain it to you.

  • If we have collected protected information about you, we may use it only for the purposes that we have listed in this notice.

  • You may ask us to restrict uses or disclosures of your protected health information in writing. You must explain what information you want to restrict from being disclosed and to whom these restrictions apply. You may also write us to let us know that these restrictions no longer apply.
