Heart Disease and Stroke Program 1-877-724-3258 Provides resources and information about heart disease, which is the number one killer of both women and men in Pennsylvania.  Also provides information about stroke, which is the third leading cause of death and  a major cause of adult disability.

Safe Haven 1-866-921-7233 Provides a safe option for new mothers not ready for motherhood and their newborn babies-with no questions asked.  Young women can take comfort in knowing they don't need to abandon their babies because there's a safe alternative.  All hospitals in Pennsylvania are safe havens for newborn babies as long as the baby is unharmed and under 28 days old.  No one will ask who is dropping off the child or where they live.  No one needs to know the woman was pregnant or that a baby was even delivered.  Help is also available during pregnancy.
